This ultra Maga insisted Trump wasn’t asleep he was only blinking and it made the whole thing even funnier
There’s only one thing Donald Trump likes more than waging war, and that’s falling asleep.
So much so that he gives every appearance of nodding off in the Oval Office on an increasingly frequent basis. Like this moment on Monday, for instance, which just went wildly viral on Twitter.

And it prompted no end of totally on-point responses …
We’re about 6 weeks away from him faceplanting into the desk. https://t.co/CRjGYwEC4k

Is anyone investigating why the president keeps falling asleep in public, or do we have to wait on the tell-all book to come out? https://t.co/qG18IcYYHL

Trump on Joe Biden (2024): “He has an ability to fall asleep while on camera…in minutes, he’s stone-cold out, and he’s got cameras because he’s the president…You’ll never see me sleeping in front of a camera.” https://t.co/CdFpbOcV0I pic.twitter.com/KzXpwWkrTh

Jokes aside, Trump’s combo of agitated insomnia (as witnessed by his late night Truth Social benders) and then crippling exhaustion the next day is familiar to anyone who has taken care of an elderly person suffering from a number of age-related conditions. https://t.co/hqtakXewmL

… but the response that really caught our eye came from ultra Maga account @RapidResponse47 who said it simply wasn’t true that the President had nodded off.
He was blinking, you absolute moron https://t.co/7gw3n7l8R3
