Donald Trump’s response to artists pulling out of his Freedom 250 gig is to book ‘the Number One Attraction’ in the world – himself! 22 hard passes
It’s been a disappointing time for Donald Trump, recently.
One judge ordered him to take his name off the John F Kennedy Memorial Center for the Performing Arts, another is examining whether his $1.8 billion ‘weaponization fund’ settlement with the DoJ was achieved by fraud – and he still has that hair.
To add to his woes, artists booked to perform at the 250th anniversary of US Independence concert – Freedom 250 – have been pulling out in large numbers.
This debacle is going to be as bad as the MAGA 'Superbowl' Show, which was Kid Rock badly miming for 20 minutes at $145.00 a ticket, and a crowd of, well, dozens. pic.twitter.com/KYUXbcGOp1

The artists involved insist the show they agreed to do was a non-partisan celebration of the anniversary – which could well be the case.
To all of those whining about artist's dropping out of the Freedom250 concert:
Ten years ago, Congress established the America 250 foundation to plan our nation's 250th birthday celebration and they've been working on it since.
Trump fired them all and set up his own Freedom…

In response to being accused of trying to turn the celebration into a Trump rally, Trump has – well – threatened to turn it into a Trump rally.
Trump: “I understand Artists are getting ‘the yips’ having to do with their performance on Wednesday, so I am thinking about bringing the Number One Attraction anywhere in the World, the man who gets much larger audiences than Elvis in his prime, and he does so without a guitar,… pic.twitter.com/LX1hL8LdtE

He clarified that the rally would completely replace the concert – and those ‘overpriced singers’.

With the White House seal of approval, anyone expecting an evening of music – and Vanilla Ice – may be in for a shock.

I’m just…. How can someone who became president, the highest achievement in the world, still be such a hollow self-loathing husk of a man?
I’d be incredibly sad if he wasnt destroying the country pic.twitter.com/y2E7nWPZIy

LMAO.
Look how pathetic this is!
Trump is realizing that artists are backing out of their performances at his 250 years of freedom concert, so he’s claiming they are getting “the yips,” and says he will replace them with himself.
No Donny, they aren’t getting “the yips,” they… pic.twitter.com/R3k1H301G9

If Barack Obama said this in say 2010, give me a sense of how Fox News and the right wing media ecosystem would have covered it?
Because today?
Well, today, it's simply Saturday. https://t.co/cmX93ucxi6

So the "non-partisan" celebration of America is now a campaign rally for Maga? hmmm, interesting that isn't that the exact reason the artists dropped out.
