These ‘word clouds’ showing the public’s unfiltered opinion of each party leader are very revealing – and sometimes accidentally hilarious

It’s true that ‘word clouds’ aren’t as popular as they once were, but they can still be a useful way of presenting data.

In case you weren’t aware, they take a group of words from survey responses and the more frequently a word appears, the bigger and bolder it is shown in the cloud.

The non-profit research agency, More in Common, have been surveying the UK public to find out their views of our party leaders and presented their findings in the word cloud format.

It’s very revealing stuff.
