‘Kids who run around with crusty/ snotty / runny noses. I mean, I’m still a bit judgy about it and I go out of my way to wipe my kid’s runny nose as often as possible, but I do get that it’s difficult to stay on top of and mine won’t always let me wipe it.’

‘I must admit, I do get a bit tired of people on a lot of the other UK subs claiming ‘it’s the parents fault’ whenever there is talk of rising childhood obesity, underage vaping, inappropriate content on social media etc
Good parenting has it’s place, of course, but many (I presume childless) people don’t seem to understand the battle against peer pressure and clever, often underhand, marketing tactics that companies use that parents face every day.’

‘I was adamant that bub wouldn’t play with gendered toys, here I am wading through the sea of Hot Wheels each day.
To be fair, he does also have a pram but that gets used to push the Hot Wheels around when there’s too many to hold.’
