‘Yes, it’s mapped out and fairly “simple” but if you are on a line that is continuously moving or moves on from your station quickly then there is a definite learning curve.
‘Add in chaotic noise, safety hazards at every turn, and grumpy boomers still working in their 70s and you’ll quickly be questioning things and wondering if you can hack a full 8hr shift.’

‘You wake up early, load your truck, and you don’t come home until you’ve delivered something like 200 packages. In all likelihood, you’re skipping lunch just to make sure you finish your deliveries before the daylight runs out. Because once it’s dark, the job gets 2x harder.

‘Well I had to case in stuff, sort the 200 Amazon packages that showed up, deliver said packages between my walking sections. Get a quick 5 minute break in the shade during this 100 degree 100% humidity weather. I love this job but it is brutal sometimes.’
