The schoolboy errors in this letter by TSB’s chairman makes you wonder how far the IT failure went
TSB is in the news today after it was announced its boss Paul Pester is to step down after seven years in charge in the wake of a major IT failure at the bank.
We wonder if the IT failure extended to basic ability to write a letter after this was the missive sent by its chairman, Richard Meddings, to the chair of the House of Commons Treasury select committee to outline the changes.
