People have been trolling Wetherspoons after it banned dogs for being ‘unpredictable’
Of all the things you could do to improve a Wetherspoons boozer, this might not have been at the top of our list.
The pub chain has banned dogs because they “can be unpredictable – and some of its customers are scared of them”, reports Sky News.

Here’s what its spokesman Eddie Gershon had to say.
“Even well-behaved dogs can be unpredictable.”
And here’s what everyone else had to say in reply.
1.
Dogs are unpredictable?? Have you seen some of the Wetherspoon clientele?? They’re what I call unpredictable… #dogsarefamily

I know exactly what you mean I was standing next to a poodle in Wetherspoons yesterday and he ordered a whisky but when the bar tender brought it over to him he said I’ve changed my mind I’ll have a vodka and coke instead.

Wetherspoons has banned dogs because they're 'unpredictable'. Out of the two groups of:
– dogs
– drunk groups of menI know which ones I trust more.

“Dogs are being barred because the company says they can be unpredictable – and some of its customers are scared of them”, by that logic they should also ban most men after one drink https://t.co/A7haTcSyy9

Luckily I only have good things to say about our local Spoons and the animals I have seen there have been great but the kids they are just left to run around like lunatics while the poor pups are cowering underneath tables in fright. I will take the dogs over the kids any day.

I think if dogs had a choice, the last place they would want to visit is a Wetherspoons https://t.co/reZvNIEnR2

As everybody knows, there’s only one way to improve Wetherspoons.
