This guy binned his vegan sausage roll in protest and the takedowns were brutal
Here’s someone who’s not happy that Greggs is now selling a vegan sausage roll (and no, it’s not Piers Morgan).
So Twitter user Joe Deverdics decided to do something about it by filming himself buying one of the non-meaty snacks and doing this.

That noise you can hear is Piers Morgan applauding until his hands bleed.
But not everyone was as impressed as the Good Morning Britain man might have been.
Here’s exactly what people made of it on Twitter, where it prompted quite the discussion …

Homeless person would have been grateful for that, shameful behavior really

Homeless person would be grateful for a home… and job… and social system that supports their rehabilitation… feel free to offer your home though good sir from the moral high ground on which you so proudly stand?

Didn't know Gregg's sold all of that.

Smashing the system right there, son. Anarchy in the UK. Greggs have already had to close down twenty branches tonight alone.

Whole video I was thinking 'please don't be a bin, please be something original and actually funny'. I guess not…

Greggs will count that as 1 sold and so you’ve contributed to the success of vegan foods- and Greggs and others are more likely to sell even more now. Genuis. Well played. Vegans everywhere will be proud of you.

Ash, Unfortunately when you sarcastically call someone a “genuis” .. make sure you can spell the word correctly #WellPlayed
— Sean Malee (@seaniemalee69) January 4, 2019
Sean, fortunately the 286 people who have liked it can see past a simple typo and understand the tweet. It's unfortunate that you can't. Also unfortunate that you're pulling me up on grammar and you've used a capital letter after a comma. #wellplayed

Fair play lad you’ve really proved your point by throwing away a £1 roll

I'll show Greggs how no one wants their vegan sausage rolls… By buying them

You’ve just paid a quid for something and chucked it straight in the bin. That’s a proper waste and your parents should stop giving you pocket money until you use it wisely.

Woah did you just end veganism

HAHAHA YOU BOUGHT IT
