Sunday night saw what felt like the 4,783rd election debate of the current campaign, yet another not featuring Boris Johnson, who had sent a junior minister from the Treasury to stand in for him, and also without Jeremy Corbyn, who had sent serial interview fluffer, Richard Burgon.
