‘I went to the doctor. I know it’s daft (hence why I haven’t told anyone that I’m proud of it) but I really, really hate going to the doctor’s, or asking for help at all. In general, things get better by themselves or I can fix it at home, but this one was possibly the most pain I’ve ever been in and he’s given me some great pills.
Maybe I should see the doctor about the anxiety I have about seeing the doctor, but we all know that’s never ever going to happen.’

‘I’m 2lbs away from having lost a stone (14lbs) since June. This is the longest I’ve ever stuck to a proper calorie deficit, did a walk every day, etc.

‘In my friend’s apartment block there is a toddler who will always ask “trick or treat?” when you see him in the hall or lift. IF you don’t give the little shit a sweet he will either punch you in the nuts or kick your shin and he somehow knows the best spot to cause the most pain. I’ve been able to successfully block his attempts the last few times so much so that he starts crying that he couldn’t hit me, however, his mother gives zero fucks as she is engrossed with her phone.’
