You look at some huge cities elsewhere are there’s no litter, people take pride in having a nice place to live and care for what’s around them. In the UK at most you get a sense of utter apathy for looking after the area around your home, at worst people actively ruin it with litter, graffiti etc. and don’t give a shit about their neighbours or a sense of community.’
