‘Once had the pleasure of watching a fight break out outside a gay club on Canal Street, on Halloween, after a drag show.

The sight of the scallies who had decided to start said fight discovering they were deeply outmatched by a couple of incredibly glamorous drag queens and a woman dressed as a pumpkin was surreal and beautiful.’

‘Getting on a London bus filled with people dressed as gorillas – the 8km “fun run” to raise money for conservation projects ran by the Gorilla Organisation was on. One runner per gorilla left in the wild.’
