A schoolgirl just shared her sporting hopes and dreams with Donald Trump and he was just as empathetic as you’d imagine – 9 responses that hit the back of the net
Donald Trump has been surrounding himself with schoolchildren in the Oval Office, presumably to find someone on his intellectual level for once (reader, he failed).
There were lots of eye-opening exchanges – so many – but this one in particular stood out, a little girl who shared her hopes and dreams with the president and got exactly the response she didn’t deserve.
Trump just mocked a little girl for being short, and stomped on her ambitions.
Little Girl: “I play volleyball and in the summer I’m trying to get into soccer.”
Trump: “And with your height do you smash the volleyball. Can you get up high? Can you jump high?”
