‘Designate one hand for carrying stuff for your spouse and one hand for your own. I mean this for stuff like carrying cups or plates of food from the kitchen or whatever.

‘My wife and I have matching cups and plates and whatnot and I used to always confuse which cup she had previously been using (yes, we reuse cups…) and which plate had more salt or whatever. Now I always carry and place her stuff on the left and mine on the right and never get confused.’
