Politics clacton nigel farage

Nigel Farage urged the people of Clacton to vote against the Establishment, and the internet wholeheartedly agreed

On Friday, either Nigel Farage or Count Binface will be declared the new MP for Clacton. We all know which way it’s likely to go, but it’s not over until the bin-headed alien sings.

Both candidates are using their last few hours before the polls open to put their case, and in Farage’s case, that includes trying to pull off a deception of epic proportions.

He wants to convince people that the comedian with a bin on his head – rather than the privately educated, former commodities broker with at least five houses, who thinks a five million pound gift is no big deal – is the Establishment candidate.

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, Farage wants you to believe it’s a pigeon.

There’s not enough side-eye in the world to handle that snippet, but tweeters gave it a good try.
