It’s a free app that lets you fill in your passport details, fill in the customs form, and takes your picture which serves as a pre-completion of your inspection when you return to the US from abroad. It has its own dedicated line that rarely has more than a handful of people using it, every time I fly internationally I show my seat mates what I’m doing and nobody has ever heard of it. There might be a 2 hour main customs line and you’ll be through in 5 minutes using this, all you have to do is walk up show your passport agent verifies it’s you against the photo you took and welcome home, never even been asked a question when using it
