Street artists add plaques to benches in Chester
Two street artists have placed plaques on benches across Chester city centre in order to raise awareness of the plight of homelessness in the city.
Some of the plaques draw attention to the proposed Public Space Protection Order that will cover Chester city centre, while others take a more humourous approach.
