This Costa Coffee review left on TripAdvisor is really something else:
“Berated by a Toothless Man”

Although the cafe was a pleasing experience (nice muffins) and the staff were very nice, I was verbally abused by a toothless man sitting in the corner who looked like Ashley Cole. As I took my Americano and walked to a vacant table, he shouted at me, “You like meat, do you?”
I ignored him, but when I left he shouted at me again. This time he said, “We’ll see what Eamonn Holmes has to say about this.”
