Donald Trump is in China doing his best impression of a statesman on the world stage, which is to say a very poor impression indeed.
And in Trump’s case this inevitably involves doing that weird yanky handshake thing on anyone and everyone because he meets, except it’s fair to say it didn’t work on President Xi, it didn’t work out at all.
