The Maga crowd lapping up JD Vance’s loathsome attack on Abdul El-Sayed is a terrifying glimpse of where America is right now

Who are these people who would even go to Vance rally? They must lead very very boring lives.

— Stephen Tonnies (@Troy2k) October 27, 2026

Vance can’t say “Vote for Rogers and you’ll get more MAGA policies.” 😅

With Vance and Trump in town, El-Sayed’s campaign won’t need to convince voters the GOP are rabid racists.

They should stay in Michigan and Ohio until Ds have double digit leads.

This is so unbelievably vile. I think it will fail. I hope it does, and I hope the stench of it clings to him for the rest of his time on this earth. https://t.co/iSZ3ZzXi8A

This is a disgraceful person. Don’t support a disgraceful person or you become a disgrace yourself regardless of your excuses. https://t.co/lGneE2oMfE

JD Vance has a serious lack of self-awareness about the issue of attachment to this land.
As does Trump

— Dr. Haider (@AcrossTheGulf) October 27, 2026

Trump is a clown, but Vance is actually an intelligent person. And he’s laying the groundwork for saying people born and raised here who are US citizens are not Americans because of their skin color or religion. In a way he has a way darker worldview than Trump. https://t.co/FvOS9xQgg1

Whatever happens, I want to plead with media, pundits, and strategists gaming 2028 not to simply look at Michigan results through standard Right vs Left / Left vs Center paradigms. If you asses this race and don’t account for the unrelenting racism, you’re engaged in malpractice https://t.co/x1LpLmuBwI

JD’s bigotry is the story here. What a fucking asshole. https://t.co/A2SpcXPlDO

"I guarantee you, If those rioters were burning down New York or Detroit…El-Sayed would be right there leading them and cheering them on."

Imagine having an actual platform to run on rather than defaulting to pure, unadulterated racism. https://t.co/dK6QN7dqt4
