Man makes speed camera out of old microwave box
A Shropshire man has put up a fake speed camera made from a microwave box painted yellow, reports the BBC.
Its creator said not enough vehicles observe the 30mph limit on the road – the B4396 in Knockin, Shropshire – and that he has no plans to take it down despite criticism from a police road safety group.
“It’s certainly done the trick and slowed them down,” he said.
