Hate bad parkers? Then leave them this passive aggressive note…

We’ve all seen dreadful parking like this – infuriating isn’t it?

Thankfully Bill Caswell is here to the rescue, a “self-taught racing driver” who is promoting an idea that might get you punched.

His suggestion: instead of “letting the air out of the tires”- is to leave this note on badly parked cars.
