‘How to wash dishes by hand. There are a lot of things that are not dishwasher safe. Just rinsing them off under running water and putting them in the rack to dry is not cleaning them. You actually have to use dish soap and either a sponge or wet cloth to wash off all the food residue.
And UK, I’m looking at you on this next point. Putting soapy dishes in the rack to dry is NOT a good idea. It will leave soap residue if you don’t rinse them first.’
